What are your parking hours and options?

Our self-park garage is open 24/7/365. Covered garage parking is subject to availability. Any overflow will be directed to rooftop parking at the same rate. Airport Center Parking also offers EV charging while you’re away.

DOES AIRPORT CENTER PARKING HAVE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?

The first floor height limit is 7′ 2″ with the upper levels having a 6′ 6″ height limit. Vehicles over these height limits will not fit in Airport Center’s Garage. However, our sister company, WallyPark Express LAX offers uncovered parking and can easily park your oversized vehicle. They are just .2 miles around the corner. The daily parking rate on drive-up stays and reservations include one space only. If you have an oversized vehicle and you occupy additional space(s), additional fees will be added to your stay that must be paid upon exit.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I BE AT YOUR PARKING FACILITY TO MAKE MY FLIGHT?

Airport Center Parking suggests that you arrive 2 hours in advance. With regular traffic around Los Angeles Airport, we want to make sure you don’t feel rushed. We recommend allowing 15 minutes for finding a parking space, walking to our shuttle and riding to LAX airport.

DO SHUTTLES RUN 24 HOURS A DAY?

Yes. Our shuttles run continuously through LAX Airport 24 hours a day, every 15-20 minutes. It is recommended to text “shuttle” to 310-439-5277 upon return and follow the prompts to have a shuttle dispatched to you.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I ARRIVE?

Have a reservation? When you pull into the Airport Center’s garage, scan the QR code in your reservation confirmation email at the kiosk for contactless entry and exit. Proceed to floors 3 through 7 for airport parking.

Don’t have a reservation? Swipe your credit card or enter your phone number to start your ticketless stay and follow the signs to the parking garage. The swiped credit card at entry will only be used to open your stay and locate the e-ticket when you return. You are able to use a different card for payment if you’d like at the exit kiosk. Proceed to floors 3 through 7 for airport parking.

NOTE: Airport Center Parking is for customers who are flying out of LAX. There are no in-and-out privileges. Every time you enter the garage you will start a new stay.

Parking fees are calculated from the time your vehicle enters our location and are due at the time your vehicle departs. If you made a reservation, the total for your stay is charged at the time the reservation was made. Any overage charges will be paid at the exit kiosk.

DOES AIRPORT CENTER OFFER ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS?

Yes, Airport Center Parking has 20 EV charging spaces located on level 2D, subject to availability. Simply use your smartphone to scan the QR code on the Juice Box (see image) and follow the prompts and instructions. Then, plug in so you can fly home to a full charge!

At Airport Center Parking, you’ll enjoy free WiFi, 24/7 shuttle service, luggage assistance and EV charging.

WHERE DO I PARK IN THE AIRPORT CENTER LAX GARAGE?

Airport self-parking for LAX is available on Levels 4-6 as well as the roof. Covered parking is subject to availability. Covered and uncovered parking is charged at the same rate. If you need an EV charging stall, there are 20 spaces, subject to availability, on Level 2.

Reservations and Payments

WHAT ARE AIRPORT CENTER’S PARKING RATES?

Our parking rates adjust often in order to offer you competitive daily rates. To find the current rates for parking, please go to our home page. The daily parking rate on drive-up stays and reservations include one space only. If you have an oversized vehicle and you occupy additional space(s), additional fees will be added to your stay that must be paid upon exit.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES AIRPORT CENTER ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We do not accept cash or checks.

HOW MUCH DO I SAVE MAKING AN ONLINE RESERVATION?

The average savings varies. Promotional codes are only available for online reservations which can reduce your daily parking fee versus driving up without a pre-paid reservation.

DO I NEED A RESERVATION AND WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Reservations are not required but are highly recommended. If you make a reservation in advance, you not only can save money, but also guarantee your space during busy travel times. Reservations include the parking rate, airport taxes and fees. If you have an overstay past your prepaid reservation, you will be asked to pay at the exit kiosk at the posted rate at the garage. Online rates and promotional discounts do not apply to overages.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR EDIT A RESERVATION?

Reservations can be canceled within 4 (four) hours of your reservation’s arrival date/time. Look up your reservation on this page by using your last name, email and reservation confirmation number.

WHAT IF I STAY LONGER THAN MY RESERVATION TIME?

If you have an overstay on your prepaid reservation, you will be asked to pay the balance at the exit kiosk at the posted rate at the garage. Online rates and promotional discounts do not apply to overages.

Shuttle Service/Pick Up and Drop Off

WILL THE AIRPORT CENTER SHUTTLE DRIVER ASSIST ME WITH MY LUGGAGE?

Yes, your shuttle drive will gladly help with loading luggage on and off the shuttle if requested.

WILL THE SHUTTLE DRIVER PICK ME UP AT MY VEHICLE OR IN A DESIGNATED PICK-UP AREA?

Airport Center Parking has a designated pick-up area at our garage.

HOW DO I CONTACT THE SHUTTLE FROM THE TERMINAL AFTER I ARRIVE BACK TO LAX?

When you are ready for a shuttle and don’t see one immediately, please text “shuttle” to 310-439-5277 and answer the prompts to have a shuttle dispatched to you.

WHERE WILL THE SHUTTLE PICK ME UP AT THE LAX TERMINAL?

Upon returning to LAX, pick up your baggage then proceed to the RED “Hotel & Private Parking Shuttles” sign located curbside outside of tickets on the departure/upper level.
